Structure of Fees
We bulk bills all eligible Medicare card holders for standard consultations. Some exclusions apply.
We are taking New Patients. Please bring your Medicare Card, Photo ID, Pension/Health Care Card or Student Cards.
You can download and complete the New Patient Form prior to your appointment.
Some services are not covered by Medicare and attract a private fee with no Medicare rebate. These include all cosmetic services, Iron/Aclasta Infusions, Work Cover (until a claim number is received), pre-employment and commercial drivers' medicals. Please check with reception for costs.
Fees for Excluded Services
Payment is required at the time of your consult by either cash, credit card or Eftpos. The Medicare Rebate can be credited back to your account instantly or sent to your account linked with Medicare.
- Treatment room fees may apply where in some circumstances.
- Additional Medicare numbers may be charged at time of consultation. There are some services for which Medicare do not provide, and these require an out-of-pocket payment on the day.
- Fees are payable at the time of the appointment.
- Dr Sanjoy Dutta requires 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a $60 fee for a long appointment, payable before your next appointment. This fee is not covered by Medicare
- Dr Sanjoy Dutta has a $100 gap for all procedures.
