On Your Appointment Day

Please arrive a little before your scheduled appointment time as there can be some

documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.

It is also helpful if you bring all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth process.  Please bring Medicare, DVA, Pension or any other relevant card, and a driving licence or any other form of photo ID, for example a passport for overseas patients or a school ID card for children.

Late Arrivals

We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly; however, late arrivals tend to compromise the punctuality of service we are able to provide to you, as well as our other patients.

If you believe you will be late it would be appreciated if you could call ahead and advise the reception as alternative arrangements may be possible.

We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the time scheduled. If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule or reduce the length of the consultation or procedure to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend.
